“Does Johnny's IceHouse have public skating or open skating?”
No. Johnny's does not rent ice skates and doesn't host any public skating.
"Are dogs welcome at Johnny's IceHouse?"
We LOVE dogs! but unfortuantley we do not allow them at the facilities. If you are going to Johnny's East, Skinner Dog park is near by with plenty of parking and a great park for dogs.
“Does Johnny's have open hockey times?”
Yes. Visit our Rat Hockey page for days and times. Stick & Puck is also a great option that we offer. Open Ice, music, pucks, nets, cones. Rehab an injury, work on your conditioning, or work on your skills."
“How can I get a team in your adult league”
Our adult leagues are invitation only and there is a waiting list. Contact Us to inquire about availability and/or to be placed on the waiting list.
“How do I sign up for a team as an individual?”
We don't do individual sign ups. Find out how to become a FREE AGENT.
“Does Johnny’s teach figure skating?”
Figure Skate Chicago Skating School has ice time on Thursdays from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Learn more at figureskatechicago.com.

“Is there street parking around Johnny’s?”
Yes but watch for signs. Johnny's West is the easier of the 2 facilities. Larger garage and plenty of street options.
For Johnny's East, free street parking is avialble on Loomis and Washington. There is also a Self Park Garage at Madison and Ada.
*Remember it is good practice to always keep belongings out of plain view in your car when parking on any street, that goes for any major city in the world!
