Get in shape for fall tryouts!!

Coach Ken Rzepecki, Program Director

Former professional player, ECHL and USHL. Over 50 years of hockey experience, 36 of them coaching. Coach to 4 NHL and 30 Division I players plus hundreds of other college and junior players.

On-ice training that focuses on multiple skills including power skating, shooting, speed, balance, stick handling, puck handling, passing techniques, team play, and checking (Peewees and Bantams only).

Off-ice conditioning in the garage and on ice in tennis shoes.

Please make sure to pack your child a lunch Monday - Thursday, lunch will not be provided those days. We will be getting cheese pizza for all the kids on Friday. If your child is not interested in the pizza please pack a lunch for that day as well.
