Hockey 101

This class is for total beginners; adults who would love to learn how to play the great game of ice hockey but have never skated before. Participants will learn the fundamentals of skating, passing, stickhandling, and shooting. This is a basic class designed for true beginners only. More

Hockey 102

Participants should have at least 6 months experience or have graduated Hockey 101 with coach's approval. Participants should be able to complete a quick paced forward lap around the rink with control, be able to stop on at least one side, and have competent backward skating skills. More

Hockey 101 & 102 Friday Afternoon Clinic

For those who are able to get a lunchtime skate in we now offer a beginner hockey clinic for both 101 & 102 caliber players on Fridays from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. Coach Ken will run participants through the same, basic drills used in the Hockey 101 & 102 classes to encourage players to learn the fundamentals of the sport. More

Johnny's Instructional League

This class is designed for players with at least one year of recent hockey experience. Participants should be able to perform forward and backward crossovers, stop while moving backwards, pivot from forwards to backwards and vice versa, and be able to balance on on foot between blue lines. Coach Ken Rzepecki teaches our Instructional League for adults who are trying to improve their team play and general hockey skills. Coach Ken will stress positioning, breakouts, passing, and much more. He focuses on full ice team practices and small area games, which force players to get used to working with other players. More
